Agent Bio

Raised in Vero Beach from the age of three, Collier is part of the fourth generation of his family to call this community home. The Proctor name runs deep here — Collier’s grandfather, Don Proctor Sr., was the second developer of The Moorings, and he and his wife, Linda, have been longtime residents ever since.

Collier grew up just down the road from The Moorings and attended St. Edward’s School from Kindergarten through 12th grade. After graduating from St. Edward’s in 2011, Collier attended Middlebury College in Vermont, where he played football for four years and graduated in 2015. From 2016 through 2021, he lived in Miami and Tampa, working for several leading commercial real estate firms including HFF, JLL, and Berkadia, where he executed over $1 billion in investment sales and debt placement transactions. That experience sharpened a data-driven, detail-oriented approach to deal-making and negotiation that he brings to every client relationship today.

Outside the office, Collier can be found on the golf course, in the woods, or on the water, and is an active member of the Moorings Yacht & Country Club. He and his wife, Sarah, are proud parents to two handsome boys, Ford and Chapman, along with their 80-lb Goldendoodle, Mason.
